Here at PizzaLuxe we pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients to create high quality, delicious hand-made pizzas at an affordable price for our customers, and this starts with our suppliers. We don’t stick to the rules of conventional Neapolitan pizzas though, with each of our unique Roman-style recipes using a combination of both British and European produce.
SHIPTON MILL FLOUR
All of the sourdough here at PizzaLuxe is made from Hampshire-based Shipton Mill flour; the same county our founder Paul grew up in! Dating back centuries, Shipton stone ground flour is milled and slow-proved for 96-hours to make our signature sourdough, and is the source for our pizzas, breakfast rolls, our famous Pane, and our fresh grissini breadsticks for our “Dough & Dip”.
QUATTRO FOODS
To create our exclusive secret recipe tomato sauce, we work with Quattro food to produce tomato sauce in small batches. As one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers and suppliers, we are proud to be working closely with the in-house kitchen team to create a delicious and consistent recipe for all our fresh pizzas.
JUDE’S ICE CREAM
Another Hampshire-based supplier, we’re proud to partner with the legendary Jude’s Ice Cream! As expert ice cream makers for nearly 20 years, founder Alex boasts over 50 Great Taste awards to date, making their small batches of ice cream a core source to the PizzaLuxe family. Make sure to finish your meal with Jude’s for dessert – there’s always a little extra room for a sweet treat.
